My first advice would be to change baby from the side according to which ever is yr dominant hand, & not facing the bottom end!

Its so hard for me to do it my gf always changes him but shes in the hospital and this is my first times he moves way too much its hard to keep him still to put the diaper out

You should keep reading everything before changing and put underneath a diaper before changing
