Good first half, average second half. Overall a decent watch. Nowhere close to the original but that's expected :) 7/10 for me.

Yeah Rafiki doesn't hold up Simbas son. That's Kiara, his first born THAT IS CANON TO THE FILMS. Kion isn't born til later for the Lion Guard. That bit is to set up Lion King 2: Simbas Pride.

EDIT: That is NOT Kopa either. Kopa is canon TO THE BOOKS ALONE! NOT CANON TO THE FILMS! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Director of the 94' version even said as much.
