i read about this somewhere but here is what the song is about. when he says, "she told me that she loved me by the water fountain." he says a girl told him that she loved him, but he wasnt ready because he was too young. few years later he realizes that he is in love with her, but she is with another man.

For whoever actually relates to this song, I know how you feel and I'm sorry you have to feel this pain. Even after months after our break up I haven't moved on. I still love him, i've tried many ways as of seeing other people or trying to be by myself but nothing can completely fill the hole he left me with. I'm usually a very impatient person but now I truly know that I'll just have to wait until I can forget about him. It's going to be a long and painful journey but my happiness is what's important right now.
