Tsunami warning after earthquake in Japan

Japanese officials warn of a possible tsunami following a major earthquake off the coast of Japan. CNN's Will Ripley reports.

OK, this is an aftershock. The bad part about this one is the Tsunami is coming at high tide rather than low tide like the first quake.
