Just found out I’m pregnant again after a loss a year ago. Having horrible anxiety and insomnia. Also, had a bad dream that my period started. Any other tips?

I am in my first trimester ( in my 8th week now). My blood pressure is on the higher side. It keeps fluctuating between 117/88 and 135/100. I am on a no salt diet and also religiously doing yoga and meditation. Could you please help
