When first using probiotics, some people experience gas, bloating, or diarrhea. Changes in the gut microbiota can result in bacteria producing more gas than usual, which can lead to bloating. However, these side effects usually clear up within a few days or weeks of taking the probiotics.👍

Just btw from personal experience.... in order to get full benefits of probiotics you must clean up your diet and daily meals. More veggies, more fruit, lots of water, vitamin d. I used to think this pill could save me from recovering from my horrible eating habits. But it won't work unless you clean up your lifestyle and the things you put inside your body, amen in Jesus name.
