don't take steroids until at least 50% of people already assume you are taking steroids

Stay natty bros. It’s not worth the lifelong drug addiction just to maintain your supra-physiological muscles

There is no point in steroids unless you are a professional bodybuilder because being very muscular gets significantly few benefits in life worth the risk of steroids. You don't get more women, more money etc just by being muscular. You might even get body dysmorphia because you are never satisfied

The thing that no one talks about is that not everyone responds really well to gear. Some people do everything right and don't make the type of gains one would expect from gear. Lots of times people like that just keep taking more and more but the extreme gains just don't come.

As someone who uses gear, my worst nightmare is fuckin blood pressure.

This advice applies to so many things…

E.g. I would not suggest getting Swiss ceramic bearings for a pair of skates or a skateboard until you’ve got the basics down and have things squared away otherwise you’re wasting your money on something that is very likely to end up in you getting hurt

I wouldn’t suggest buying a stick or hitbox until you have the fundamentals of playing fighting games down already otherwise you’re basically wasting money on a fancy piece of equipment that isn’t going to enhance your level of play much at all

I would not suggest installing a turbo, spoiler, body kit, etc until you’ve got a good handle on how to drive your vehicle as is otherwise your really just wasting money on something you won’t know how to use correctly.

Etc etc. just in the case of roids and PEDs you’re not only wasting money but you’re damaging your body as well. But with most things you need to get the basics down before spending a little extra on PEDs, super light running shoes, extra fast bearings, more downforce, or whatever will give you a slight increase.

Best time to start taking peds is in the late middle-age. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

No, sir. Don't use steroids, or any PEDs. Period 🤷‍♂️

After 18 years of addictions, I’m learning to like being sober. What addiction does to your brain is diabolical.

I say the same thing about supplements in general! Get the eating, training, and rest right first. Gotta lay the foundation!

Of course stay natural and maximize your potential by gettin sleep busting your ass in the gym and refueling with proper nutrition. The whole idea of having to dial in and be laser focused to be on steroids is one big circle jerk as if its not “easy”

First you build your foundation then you take yourself to your potential limit then if you decide to take it to the next level your foundation is solid for what's to come

Don’t use steroids if you don’t require them for your career. Doing gear for social media is wild.

Take roids only if you want to compete professionally. Everything else is just not worth it.

Don't take them ever is even better advice.

I also have hyperthyroidism so seems never enough food and have to work out so much harder, anything I can do about that?

I think the conversation should be between taking steroids as an actual drug to get the euphoria and to compensate for body dysmorphia and taking it as a performance enhancer after you’ve reached your natural genetic potential and dialed in technique over years.

Is there any chance you can help me optimize my routine and diet on a personal scale you seem to really know what your talking about in fitness across multiple levels.

Thanks for doing what you do.
