when creating a new api proxy (like at 0:35), the page continues to load but nothing appears.

why do i get a blank page when i create my first api proxy . I am sure because i dont have any real API . In addition to this when i added quota policy and after that with interval 1 i dont get out of limit range

Adding Policy didn't work form me. Please suggest. Here is the policy I added > <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?>
<Quota name="Quota-1">
<Allow count="3"/>
<Interval>1</Interval>
<TimeUnit>minute</TimeUnit>
</Quota>

What if the backend target (Existing API) is also secured? How to create a reverse proxy in that case?
