Simple Anti-Aging Skin care Routine

Today I am sharing my simplified skincare routine. There are so many skincare products on the market that it can get overwhelming and complicated- what to use, how to use it and, what to use it with. I have used lots of products over the years sometimes lots at once lol, to the point that I have given myself dermatitis. So, about 2-3 months ago I decided to simplify my routine using just a few active ingredients proven to work. This is my skincare routine so please don't think you have to follow it, you should always consult your dermatologist for the best routine for your skin.

AM Routine
2. Skin Deva VitaminC+E+Ferulic acid serum and Hydrating Moisturiser
4. Sunscreens

PM ROUTINE
On Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
1. Cleansing balm (1st cleanse)

On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
1. Double cleanse as above

Hi Nisha! I've been following Dr. Dray every day for the past ten years! I've been using the same products for years! With the advice of this dermatologist, I've been able to adapt an effective routine on a budget that suits me. Whatever the routine, it's consistency (perseverance and patience) that gives good results. It's important to remember that results are often not immediate, and that you have to wait a long time to see how effective they are! When I was younger, I didn't have a routine, and it wasn't until I was 60 that I saw the sun spots appear. Even if you use the right products, past damage reappears. Four years later, several sun spots have come out of hiding! Even with all the right care, the ones that are already there will come out sooner or later. I had them removed with liquid nitrogen! And my routines help prevent new sun spots from developing. Have a good week! xxx
