hello alex, what you have said abt spending some time alone is true.. I used to be someone who depends on other people's feeling and I always want to be included in their activities making me like someone who's too much. lately I realized, I always put other people first than my own, and that I'm being too dependent on them.. when I started spending my time alone I realize how happy it was to be with your own solitude, without thinking about other people and putting them first aside from your own.. and now I value my peace more than anything else, since I built this up for a long time and I don't want anybody to just ruin what I've built for myself
