It is easy to factor. (x + 4) * (x - 8) = 0; x = -4 Quicker and easier than using the formula.

Why use the long formula form when you can easily get the factor of last term i.e -32 in middle form like -8 X +4 and then equating it to to 0 to get the negative factor.
