All topics were good but one thing must change when it comes to hiring is the myth of these B schools ! Talent is not limited to B school ! This is like the education system where schools just focus on a talented student and use their ranks for the publicity business to attract more students and enhance fee structure

Just remove this criteria of B schools and focus on values, Behaviour, skills and competencies with talent outside this boundary line to enlarge the scope of potential candidates
