My question, why is it taking our education system not making the necessary changes to align with what we know about the future of work. At this rate, the public education system could become irrelevant if it doesn't reimagine it's current structures. Any thoughts about how to better prepare students for this world?

these trends are only in Corporate jobs at Fortune 500 companies. I have yet to see companies doing this for lower wage or entry level workers. A lot of top management doesn't value HR or invest in HR STILL even though it could easily give them a competitive advantage.

au niveau de l'individu, bien des jeunes cherchent aujourd'hui un équilibre personnel et familial qui soit les conduit à NE PAS vouloir rejoindre le monde de l'entreprise soit y passer le moins de temps possible ...
au niveau de l'entreprise, du moins en ce qui concerne la France, on peut observer, d'une part, le nombre croissant de maladies nerveuses et burn-out signe de la non totale allégeance du salarié au monde de la productivité et, d'autre part, que les textes à l'étude actuellement  par le gouvernement ne semblent pas aller dans le sens d'un partenariat bien compris entre le salarié et son employeur ...
mais je peux me tromper
