I put together a dividend stock list that will protect your money and put cash in your pocket. Don't miss these seven dividend stocks for the cash you need and stop losing money in stocks!

In this video, I’ll show you a dividend screener to start your list then we’ll check it against the best stocks by return during the last stock market crash and reveal seven dividend stocks to buy for that safety and cash flow. These seven dividend stocks all beat the market during the last stock crash, all while producing that dividend cash flow. In fact, one of these stocks beat the market by more than 60% and now pays almost 5% dividends every year!

We're using the same research to find safe dividend stocks that beat the market that we used in a recent video. I looked at all the stocks in the S&P 500 from the peak in October 2007 through the market crash March 2009. That gave us a list of stocks that beat the market and its 55% loss during the crash. Then I went through to find all the dividend stocks with yields of 3% or higher. From that list of dividend stocks, I'll show you the seven best stocks to buy right now for protection and cash flow.

When the market goes down then it's buying opportunity. If the market goes up then you are making money. If you stay invested and ignore the market's ups and downs, you'll make a lot of money in the long run; however, a severe market correction causes a lot of margin calls and sell-offs, driving the market even lower. currently i'm up 13% in my diversified portfolio. As crazy as it sounds some still make enormous returns from this seemingly unknown market. gotta be greedy when others are fearful

I have held Altria since 2016; it has served me exceptionally well. I also hold Merck, Paramount, Walgreens, Intel, Energy Transfer and British Tobacco. My dividend machine keeps churning through thick and thin. I believe that good dividend stocks are best long term and safest way to navigate the stock market.

Energy Transfer (ET) has been a great dividend stock for me with very high free cash flow to price.

What is the monthly fee for Stock Card? The site asks you sign up for a free account but will not show the monthly fee up front.

Good info! But Question is, should I sell some dividend losers that are already down, down and down. I do like the cigarette and booze stocks, the 'sin' stocks, in a recession.

Have to love dividend stocks. Passive income at its finest. I really like $TROW and $SBUX at current levels as dividend growth names.

Thank you for quality programming. What you are describing here is accurate - the flight to safety to the US stock market and dollar. This is what is keeping the market going at this time and preventing a crash. This "melt UP" phase will go on for a while, then as the global economy crashes so will US markets only harder due to the "No Win scenario" that has been created by so much obscene debt. Next comes the "Default Phase" with mega-massive bankruptcies and lastly "Asset Seizures" where banks and the Fed government will simply declare an extreme national emergency to justify the crisis and debit your account directly. The fools will think that this could never happen. The actual legislation for this type of action is already in place. My advice to anyone feeling the heat in this inflation, just trade long term more than ever, I have made over 189k from day trading with Anika Hobson in few weeks, this is one of the best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish..

Continental AG has seen a significant price correction but has maintained dividends. It isn't just one of the leading tyre brands it's well diversified into other areas of the automotive industry. Dividend yield is above 3%. I am also invested into the natural gas pipeline companies. LNG is going to be needed more than ever whilst we give Russia the cold shoulder and these companies will be in a strong cash position to maintain dividends and even increase them. I also like the steel producing sector. Arcelor Mittal and Nucor, whilst low yields are very reliable

What is your opinion on EPD? With a 7% plus dividend yield this major oil/gas distribution and storage business is about to join the “aristocrat” lists and upon entry could be the highest % paying member. With Buffett just going all in on Occidental and Chevron I believe the energy sector is now value priced and EPD looks like a top dividend choice. Your thoughts will be appreciated!

Why is AMCR never talked about when it comes to dividends. For cash flow the business model is a no Brainer, 3.7% dividend, strong PE and down market protection. I love the stock.
