Great vid Doc! I was hospitalized after switching from keto to carnivore due to things mentioned in this video. The simple addition of moderate fruit to my diet based on my activity level was so helpful.

I hydrate with sparkling water with a dash of electrolytes. I feel the difference rather than just water. We do what works for us. Thx Paul.

I eat lots of fresh fruit and stay totally hydrated. I have no need to drink anything most of the time. But from time to time I'll drink Mountain Valley Spring Water, which is super hydrating. The most hydrating thing I've ever drank personally.

This just feels much more balanced than “you better drink at least half your body weight in water not counting any other liquids!” I’ve always felt like the 2 gallons a day that some people force down is just much more than needed (and perhaps potentially detrimental?)

I have raw yogurt made by the organic Amish farmer who live close by. Hopefully that will help with hydration as well🤷‍♀️

Keep in mind to make sure potassium is higher or double salt intake so blood pressure doesn't increase. Fruit and veggie are good for that but super hard to do when live in USA. I've to take potassium pill supplement from walmart. When I'm back in Thailand this isn't an issue, lol. I will buy your stuff especially creatine. Thk

Is salt really something we would have had a lot of access to thousands of years ago? Has anyone found any data to support high salt intake? If so could you share?
