Keir Starmer ridiculed over shocking ‘sausage’ hostage gaffe

Sky News host Chris Kenny has reacted to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s “shocking” gaffe during a major speech at this year’s Labour Party conference.

Mr Starmer accidentally called for the release of Israeli “sausages” instead of hostages during his party conference speech.

“The return of the sausages. I mean … I’m pleased that he’s putting the return of the hostages front and centre, but what a slip of the tongue,” Mr Kenny said.

“What a shocker. What’s going through his head?”
