Sir Keir Starmer: PM has 'failed the test of leadership'

Boris Johnson "failed the test of leadership" by failing to condemn fans who booed England players taking the knee, Sir Keir Starmer has said.

The Labour leader was reacting to racist abuse aimed at some players after the final, saying it's "absolutely appalling".
