When I grew up Pierce Brosnan was THE bond and I always thought he was irreplaceable but then Craig came along and now I really think he is the best Bond that has ever been!

Unfortunately 007 can't be black or a female or bisexual, transgender, gay, have a disability, be a teenager (unless it's James Bond Jr or Pre-MI6 James Bond) or divert from the character written in the books.

Why?

Because he's a beloved character as he is, because of how he is and he's a self-defined character written in books defined in a certain way because he is a representation of something (British Spies in WW2).

I'm black, bisexual and have a disability so I'm not some hating bigot, I love diversity, but simply put we'd be changing the character for no reason whatsoever other than let's make him diverse.

I love Bond how he is and so do many people and I think we should keep him how he is and there really is no other reason for us to change him.
