Looks like the 55” version tops at 1800 nits, where as 65 and above tops at 3000 nits.

I really can't wait for an actual review side by side comparison versus the U8K versus the U8N same size 65-in with all the same settings on of course to be a fair comparison I really hope the viewing angles got lot better this time around on the 65-in versus the U8K 65-in the viewing angle is all that great. They have a U9N coming 75/85. That will likely be their real flagship since the UX is more of a "halo" product not something most can buy. The U9N has impressive numbers. They are really becoming contenders. But they are not there yet in processing. That said Hisense is now actually doing like Sony and have a separate processor for imaging. Even more processors for light control. In a few years their processing might be up there. For me it's Bravia 9 all the way.
