The counting thing makes so much sense, and I never knew that. I’m 12 weeks today, and I did the math and realized that there was no way that my date of conception was 12 weeks ago, because it was the day before my last period. Never explained it to me either, so I figured they were just estimating, but then the ultrasound techs said it looked like I was three days less far along than the Dr. had said, which still made no sense lmao because, again that was my period, instead of the date of ovulation/ conception. Weird
