When a criminal is released by parole board the parole board should be held accountable for any crime the paroled criminal commits.

Before Jody Wilson changed the bail system, back when she was Federal Attorney General, it use to be that if you were charged with a crime while out on bail for another crime, the onus was on the accused to show why they should be released a second time. Jody Wilson changed the law, not because of any court ruling, but because she felt, in personal opinion, that the law was too harsh. Now recidivism is through the roof.

Also the police watching and accountability system must be reformed including negligent, concealment, obstructing justice, and excessive use of force. Lifting the barriers that hinder police prosecution in civil courts

Repeat offenders should be buried under the prison, not released immediately after they’ve been apprehended.

Given that each province is different, why would the bail system fall under Federal jurisdiction?

Absolutely not, the police can be just as bad as some people that are charged. If someone shoots another person that's a different story. But you can never say that police aren't vindictive as a person that's had to deal with this, I can say first hand that sometimes innocent people do get charged on Absolutely no evidence. I've had a judge tell me in a court room that I had to prove my innocence, that this wasn't America and he presumed guilt and the word of the police. When in fact I was innocent and the charges were dismissed on lack of any evidence. It cost me 6000 dollars, and I was also told the police would never help me with anything again. That's a true story. It happe s to people everyday so don't be to quick to point fingers and assume guilt.
