As someone who is a competitive halo player I do agree that it should be a double XP weekend I’m still in silver I’d love to see a double XP

I have 100+ double XP things from all the past seasons and operations just sitting around because they have no use out side of the easy to level up operation passes, why can i use them to get more career rank xp

Pretty absurd we haven’t gotten double xp weekend for this game tbh, it be a lot more feasible to play because we know how sbmm gets to be which causes a lot of stress for people who are forced to play BTB just for more double xp output, having double xp weekend will boost player population for all playlist in my opinion

It sucks too because Spartanrecord IS able to track your lifetime XP. If 343 got off their asses and made XP from launch retroactive, I'd go from Platinum Master Sergeant to Diamond Brigadier General.

I've been recently logging into HALO Infinite Multiplayer, and I'll be honest, I've asked myself this question a lot: "Why am I even playing this game, aside from solely enjoying the combat loop?"

And even trying to unlock stuff for customisation, it's either now locked behind a paywall (that is, most of the seasonal content), and whatever free stuff is there during the few times it is, just becomes tedious to grind through, meaning the time we put in for obtaining the reward is...kind of ridiculous at this point for players like me who have barely any time in the game or are starting out fresh.

So with that being said, weekly 2XP boosts would be an absolute godsend for this game, as it reduces the amount of tedium involved with the game, so you're not left wondering about just how many more games you have to play to get this reward. Keeping the intensity of the grind in mind, of course.

Everyone wants the hero rank because it’s the ONLY real earnable armor. Man I remember getting inclement weather in reach and feeling such an accomplishment.

Of course a lot of us are having a very hard time getting to Hero rank, we’ve gotten up from our gaming chair not just to go to the bathroom.

I’m onyx colonel 2 and the grind is not very rewarding, i think since they’re obviously sunsetting the game double xp weekends would be a very good way to get people to play without any major additions

I think they need a prestige to this career rank as well. 2xp wouldnt affect current Heros, we need more progression added or something

The precise number of games will shift here in there. Which is to say I’ll need 1400 games- finish a firefight match and need 1396. Idk why this happens, but I’m hoping the jump is more significant in reality.

I hit Hero rank last month through grinding Firefight KOTH everyday but yea 343 should implement double career XP weekends for those who haven't yet as an extra incentive to keep playing especially if they want as many players as possible to hit Hero before the next Halo game releases.

I'm at Diamond master Sgt. Grade 3. Double xp weekends would be aewsome.

I think they should also calculate the xp we missed since it wasn’t there since launch. I played so much more the first year it released but there was no sr at the time
