You shouldn't have to qualify to do business with your clients. Your clients should have to qualify to do business with you. The first thing to do is to break down the insurance adjuster's Xactimate estimate. Insurance adjusters will try anything so be sure to be diligent and check every line item for accuracy.

FYI... In the terms And conditions for Xactimate #7 they specifically stated that their price list is NOT fix or recommended pricing. It is a starting point ONLY. Based on historical data. What historical data? User submission. You know who submits that info? 80% of entities providing feed back to Xactimate is INSURANCE PROVIDERS.
