So why is Fitbit taking such along time rolling out there 02 data

Just got one. Unfortunately compared to my finger pulse ox it is 2-5 percentage points different. Heart rate is on target, but the reason I got it was to measure o2. Now I read it is + or - 2 points compared to an arm measurement. I'm sorry I spent so much to give inaccurate information.

I got this yesterday and the alarm went off. I didn't hear it as I wear earplugs but my partner did. I checked the setting i couldn't see a vibrate option, only a very low audio option. If it continues to disturb my partner's sleep, I will have to return it.

There is now a Mac app too. Works fine for me, on macOS 10.15.7 Catalina.

Also there is a more sophisticated app called OSCAR (primarily for CPAP but great for just O2Ring data on its own - not directly but instead load the data already obtained (and stored) by the PC app (O2Insight on a Mac) - via OSCAR-Menu: Data > Import Viatom/Wellue (not via the WIzard). Can disable unwanted CPAP-sensor-related chart tracks in preferences. It is a app AFAICT, so be nice.

One con might be the inability to replace the battery. I say _might_ because that was the thing I was most hoping you would cover in this review. You didn't, so I'm still wondering about that.

I know I have some degree of sleep apnea. This might help me clarify the severity.
I am postponing purchase, at least until I can ask around with people.
