I'm an Software Developer and as an analytical thinker, I find these open questions really hard. I think interviewers should adjust them to each specific candidate. For example, you wouldn't get the same answers from maybe a sales/marketing candidate as you would from an engineer. For analytical roles, interviewers should budget about 3 to 5 minutes just to engage and explain what they're asking in each open ended question (just like in your video!). Thanks !
