Maybe You'd love to work from home or can't wait to see your coworkers in the office each day. Knowing your ideal working environment is something that should really help you determine whether or not you want to join a given company. Answering the question "what is your ideal work environment" on the other hand has nothing to do with your actual ideal work environment. They need to know that you'll work well in the company you're applying to, so that's what you need to get across when you answer this question.
