R6 Mark II and R3 do not have the same sensor. The R3 is a stacked sensor while this R6 II is not. The use case for these camera's is also different.

2 different cameras for different applications r3 is designed for sports, the r5 higher MP will give a Lot more noise under high iso this is typical of anything with higher MP....

The thinking behind having an SD card is that SD cards are more readily available and having some storage is better than non. I personally would have preferred two CF Express cards.

The R3 does appear to handle the higher ISO better, but the angle of the watch in the middle does seem to make a big impact on the visibility of the squares.

Imo R5 is better camera, because more mp means more details, even r3 24mp but unable to shoot 30 frame/ second.

Your not going to get a camera to be master of all, so just buy the camera which suites your photography.
