The undisputed best Worlds journey ever. I'm glad that I was able to watch the whole finals from the beginning to the end that day. The moment DRX marched into T1's base and took down the Nexus, I was shocked. At first, my thought was that DRX would have no chance against T1, based on their performance throughout the tournament. But, DRX defied all expectation and played the best League games of their lives. I still remember the moment when I heard CaptainFlowers' quote:" They have been doubted, they have been discounted, they have been dismissed. But D R X are your 2022 World Champions", I had goosebumps all over myself, and then I smiled, because I was happy for Deft, cause finally he got to achieve his dream after such a long time, and for me because I just witnessed history. Truly a lifetime experience. One of the best underdog story in esports.

22년DRX의 스토리는 단순히 게임대회의 우승이 아닌 "꺾이지 않고 스스로를 믿으면 결국은 이룬다."라는 메세지가 담긴 인생 그 자체였습니다. 단순한 말이지만 그것은 결코 쉬운 것이 아닙니다. 꿈을 이루지 못하고 전진하지 못하는 사람들은 늘 하루하루가 벅차고 의문투성이입니다. 길어질 수록 그 과정을 견디기가 힘들죠.. 지금은 22년DRX의 우승 스토리를 되짚으며 나도 저렇게 라는 마음과 버팀목이 자리를 잡았습니다. 아무리 감사하다고 말해도 모자를 정도로 크고 든든한 버팀목입니다. 너무 감사드리고 다시 한번 축하드려요.

이 스토리는 정말 몇번을 봐도 질리지않는다 ㅋㅋ 흔히 말하는 정배 역배에서 tes전부터 해서 drx가 역배인 경기가 얼마나 많았는데 그걸 다 뚫고 심지어 5꽉 스토리도 저렇게 맛있게 할 수 있나 싶은 정도였음 ㅋㅋ 다전제 명경기가 정말 많지만 edg랑 티원전도 세트별로 스토리가 너무 많고, 특히 edg전 2셋 백도랑 티원전 구마유시 바루스는 역대급 명장면에 넣어도 부족함 없을 정도임

I have never seen a moment in professional sports that has me teared up every single time I watch it as much as that last DRX march towards the Nexus in game 5. The sheer emotion and the voice-crack from the casters saying "THEY'RE GONNA WIN" is just something you can't even make up in fantasy tales. What DRX did here is in my opinion the greatest feat in esports history and nothing will ever come close to this masterpiece of a run and the masterpiece of the final matchup against the legendary T1. It's only a shame this team didn't get another chance to challenge the title...

It still blows my mind that they we're able to push through the most devastating start vs EDG and come back all the way to win worlds. Absolutely insane, I honestly don't know how it gets better than that. What an incredible Worlds!

이 시나리오로 영화 만들라고 하면 에이 무슨 말도 안 되는 소리세요 라는 소리를 듣게 될 것만 같았고, 데프트가 울 때는 나도 울었었다. 하지만 마지막 자막이 나를 서글프게 만든다. 모든 E스포츠 팬들에게 감동을 준 스토리지만, 결국 E스포츠판에서 영원한 그룹은 없다는 느낌을 주기에. 구락스 연대기를 볼 때 느꼈던 낭만과 허탈함을 곱씹게 되어서 더욱 더 슬퍼지게 되는건 나뿐만일까

Not gonna lie i teared up a bit hearing the coach say, I know the pressure weighed on them, so i just told them to go out and have fun. Ill take the responsibility. It shows he understands his players on an absolute personal, emotional, and mental level like no other. He absolutely trusts that his team is and can be the best and puts absolute faith in them and their experience and choices. Deft speaking up and saying bard after seeing the low mobility just shows his knowledge and experience with this game and Beryl is just an absolute ride or die GIGACHAD and was like F it LETS 1% bard pick and he absolutely ruled the rift on that Champion! Its not just the 4th seed run from the lower bracket that makes this game so legendary its all the feats that the DRX players accomplished and all of the absolute jaw dropping performances they had that definitely makes it one for the record books and really difficult to top.
