I find WOW superior in terms of PvP gameplay due to its expansive battleground options, such as the engaging 40 vs 40 battles. ESO, on the other hand, only offers PvP formats like 4v4v4 and Cyrodiil, which I feel WOW pvp has more dynamic and strategic depth.

In contrast, ESO excels in the PvE aspect, particularly with its home decoration feature and the streamlined process of acquiring top-tier gear for both PvP and PvE. Unlike WoW, where acquiring the best gear can be months-long endeavor involving extensive dungeon runs and daily quests, ESO simplifies this process, allowing players to obtain the whole set of TOP gears in just a few weeks or even days. Additionally, the longevity of ESO's gear, remaining useful even after new DLC releases, is a significant advantage over WoW's continual gear reset with each new update.

ESO is more on the aesthetic and creative side, like decorating your castle, rather than the gear grind. So that ESO provides a more relaxed and varied gameplay experience compared to WoW.

Visually, I prefer ESO's graphics, which benefit from the Unreal Engine, giving it a more appealing look. While WoW has significantly improved its graphics since its 2003 release, but I still find that ESO looks better.

WoW has lots notable features like flying mounts, an airship transport system, and world PvP, where players can invade cities like Stormwind. These elements add unique dimensions to the game.

Both games present epic storylines and are remarkable in their own right. Currently, my focus is on ESO, primarily due to time constraints that limit my ability to engage in WoW's intensive gear farming.

Wow is wow and ESO is ESO. Never played wow honestly but what ever you are playing ESO on is trash, my game looks much better than that on a series x, I would imagine that wow also looks better.

The ONLY 1 thing I hate about ESO is their ANIMATION QUALITY. The ONLY 1 thing I hate about WoW is it's UI.

There are several things in WoW that I like, and wish ESO had, and vice versa. Both games are great, but I like ESO just a tad more.
Both games are fun and have beautiful graphics, even though they are different. I've also been playing WoW longer then ESO (almost 20 years compared to almost 10 years) but that is merely due to WoW being a decade older.
All in all, ESO is better, in my opinion.

WoW is too old and outdated looking. WoW 2 using a new engine like UE5, new combined gameplay features taken from more recent mmorpgs, and more modern QoL features should have been a thing already. I don't believe that Blizzard can't afford to bring a new WoW or to port WoW towards a better and newer game engine....

Even ESO looks a little outdated in graphics but it's still way better looking than WoW.
WoW monthly subscriptions should also be optional like with ESO especially when you are selling individual game expansions and have an in-game shop with mtx monetizations.

honestamente wow es mejor en saber usar nuestro apego al juego, porque en casi todo lo demas teso es absolutamente superior a wow. he jugado muchos años wow desde el 1 para ser sincero pero wow no se actualizo aun usa dinamicas antiguas, aspecto caricaturesco, etc, etc. en la trama ya llegas a nivel maximo en 1 a 3 dias y luego es puro equiparte y hacer miticas y pvp realmente perdio el sentido, ni tiene grado de dificultad en cambio teso realmente es como los inicios de wow te metes en el mundo y con dinamicas buenas lo unico que no me gusta es no poder nadar bajo el agua.

lol bro just look at the players count of both games and you will find out which one is better
