Deglaze with red wine. Would make all the difference but yes, this is a truly amazing taste experience (also try using authentic Greek yoghurt). Lovely to see people use anchovies.

Oooh it's your version of our french tapenade, and we also eat goat cheese/ some sort of cloated cream with caramelized onions. Your mix here sounds great ! (Of course we have it with wine 😅, it's amazing on fresh bread in the summer evening, talking, but game night seems like a great tradition too !!!! )
