I love Andy's shadow!  Cracks me up.  I also loved the boys chowing down on the noodles!  I say if the boys clean their plates it is a win. :)  I am pretty picky about my fettuccine, it cannot be dry. You will have to let us know if you try again with modifications.  Your meals always look so balanced.   I would have just eaten the fettuccine and the bread.  Maybe a salad.  I am so awful about remembering to include vegi's. :)

I would probably double the liquid, add parm, and maybe a little of the pasta water. I love win or fail Fridays!

Hehe, Andy's shadow cracks me up! :) I have a similar recipe but instead of sour cream it calls for one can evaporated milk, offers lots of creaminess. Parmesan sounds like a better fit than cheddar, too. Your boys sure lived!! :)

I've made a variation of this, but yes more liquid, I used milk.  Love how your kids loved it though.  Love these videos Amy :)

We put cheddar cheese on all our bakes yum! I think maybe more soup and sour cream for a more sauce and salt and pepper if you thought it needed more seasoning.

dreamflight6000 ahhhh love this vlog idea! Your boys are such good helpers and so cute! Wow american cheddar cheese is so yellow, don't think we can buy cheese that colour. This dish looks good though, thanks for sharing, i should get my butt into gear and try it! xx

Are you still doing kindergarten lunches? I loved seeing those, but I see you haven't posted one for 2 months. I know Henry has had school off for Christmas break. I hope you will return to posting them.
