I seen cops that seem to just randomly ticket people too A valid ticket in a way but also not valid too the person did speed or run red light but the cop didnt see the offense occour. Tickets them at gas station when tbey are getting gas. I was highest rank officer in a few servers and responded to such calls. Hard to do anything really though

Then there's The Stalker. These cops often follow players for a long time and they only drive off (from experience) if you go into a parking lot or a driveway

Fr it do be like that. I am often the speed trapper, cause I can see exactly how fast they are going so I can determine if I can block them in time so they wreck and I can arrest the criminal.
