These new supro amps sound so great. Ive been a vintage fender guy my whole life, and these amps are the first time another amp manufacturer has been putting things out that made my ears perk up as improvements on the blackface formula.

A couple weeks ago I stumbled into a guitar shop with a whole pile of Supro's. I played nearly all of them but there was something special about the Amulet. I've been thinking about it ever since. I didn't even realize it was so new AND that my favorite guitar YouTuber had done a review until now. Thank you for this!

Thanks for doing this Eric, this amp definitely does everything, from the vintage wes montgomery jazz tones to early white stripes/von bondies/detroit garage rock revival and the clear chimey surf rock thing in a compact package. Incredible

Thanks for the honest eval Eric! Sounds excellent with your setup, and I would definitely consider a supro in the future. Not gonna replace my THR for bedroom volumes though 🔊

Thanks, Eric. I liked watching you have fun with your new amp. A good idea for a future video would be you and your pedal board and different ways to get tone out of the same pedals.

That 'Refugee' tone was uncanny. A lovely bit of kit. Definitely one to consider seriously. More 'Zen' this weekend.

I was about to pull the trigger on one of these without being able to try it first. I'm glad to know it can't be cranked on the 1 watt setting at home.

Jimmy Page supposedly used Supros on many recordings. Not sure if that's true, but they sure do sound great.

It’s almost like the plugin has has a preamp that glues everything together. Great info, Eric. I’m a GarageBand user as well. I’m definitely getting the Vintage Verb. Many thanks man.

Been really thinking about this amp for Christmas. Thanks for sharing ! Also, Mark Speer is a genius !

I had a 100w Marshall JVM (that weighed about 30 kgs). I sold it for cash, brought a Supro Delta King 12 and never looked back. These amps sound GREAT. The tubes sound like they're on fire even at low volumes. I've done a bit of gigging with it, and they sound even better when cranked. Devastatingly good amps for a crazy good price. These Amulets look even better... might have to swap mine in and get this now!

Got my Supro Amulet 1/5/15w 1x12 Celestion Creamback this week. Playing A/B/Y with my Laney L5T-112. Very happy with the Supro and the two amps compliment and contrast each other well.

Nice. My version of "Jockey Full of Bourbon" is inspired by John Hammond. Fingerstyle, "tango" motif for the verses and loose chorus with tiny bits of reggae rhythm sprinkled in.

Holy cow does that sound good. I have a Quilter MicroPro that does those tones fairly well but there's really nothing like a true Class A.

+1 for Mark Speer. Would love some Eric attention in that direction. 🤓

Perfect timing! I'm shopping around for a Supro and/or Fender Champ.
I have a Joyo "Sweet Baby" Champ clone which is totally decent, but memories of my long-sold Champ600 haunt my dreams.
1W is pretty loud! My Laney Cub12r has 15W and 1W inputs and the latter is enough for my neighbours to enjoy my Fuzz Freakout Fridays :) It won't rip on its own at reasonable bedroom volumes, hence the Fuzzies. I love my Fuzzes.

How good are Brian Jonestown Massacre!! Anton Newcombe has still got it, he contributed a *killer* (hehe) track to the film "The Black Phone" with L'il Barrie on guitar. It's on YouTube - "Backstage At The Budokan" is the song.

my favorite tone is a clean spring reverb drenched tele

What a terrific sound! Nice playing, love the Tele w. Trem, too. I have noticed a few Supro reviews lately, specifically the Amulet and the funky looking small one. I'm happy with my old Blues Jnr. but been thinking about something new for the studio and this one goes to the front of the line . . . have been looking at Victory & Magnatone but, honestly, not sure if the price warrants a purchase. Thanks for a fun review!

I am, I'm gonna turn the reverb up that high and play surf licks and Black Angels riffs!
