Hi Fisayo, thank you for this great resource. I have questions.
1. I'm a first year MBA student in the United States, just started classes this Fall. When do you think is the best time to apply for this visa?
2. I have a family back home(kids, spouse). Will getting this green card also apply to them? Are they eligible to move to the united states? P.S: We were all denied when I applied for an F1/F2 visa so I applied alone.
