Or John who is believed to have written the book of revelations wrote to a then predominantly Greek audience and wrote the entire book in Greek like many new testament books. And frankly a resurrected Jesus in a revelation (as the book name implies) can speak whatever language he wants to someone.

In Revelation 22:13 it actually says: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End."
But... Jesus spoke Aramaic and not Greek. In Aramaic, the first and last letters are not alpha and omega. It's Aleph (𐡀) and Taw (𐡕) !

There are only two possible explanations for this:
# Either the scribes who wrote the Bible in Greek deliberately changed Jesus' words, or
# Jesus never said anything like this and it is completely made up.
