Mojang can get away with putting that much copper in the Trial Chambers because they specifically made sure that copper is one of the most conventionally useless ores in the game (outside of the sole purpose of building...).

The crafter's bottom texture goes great with deepslate stone bricks, and the crafter is rotatable, so you can use it's bottom texture in your walls!!

If u put slime below the pressure plate in the wind charge launcher it will get u more high. Try it out!!

That Wind Charge Player Launcher doesn't seem to work as well on Bedrock. Max height I can get on Bedrock is to replace the redstone with a pressure plate in the hole in the middle, and below the pressure plate is a slime block. This gives about 30 blocks of height.
