We cook same dish in india call it as "KHEER" . We all love grandma's version of kheer in india.We cook it with rice, milk, cinamon sticks, bayleaves, cardamom and sugar.And at the end to garnish we use dryfruits raisins, cashewnuts, almonds.Thank you chef for showing us this wonderful greek version of rice pudding.I miss my grandma after seeing ur pudding dish😔

Θυμάμαι όταν πρωτοείδα την τηλεοπτική σου εκπομπή ότι σκέφτηκα "ο Άκης πρέπει να κάνει κανάλι στο YouTube, έχει όλα τα προσόντα να τα καταφέρει" και μόλις πρόσφατα ανακάλυψα ότι τελικά όχι μόνο έχεις κανάλι αλλά η ποιότητα και η παραγωγή είναι εξαιρετική! If you put a spoonfull of cold butter on top of the one with cinnamon, you have the danish version of rice pudding :)

This an art, serve rice pudding like that.. it's amazing what talented people can do with something simple like rice.
