Dude you literally just sit on them and interrupt their only casting tree. No active damage mitigation besides Disperse. You just sit, pop Disperse, and sit again.

... or just dispel the mind trauma debuff off your teammate which you should be doing anyways to remove their dots

Shadow priest is a joke in bfa. Weak damage, very squishy, no mobility, only one school of magic.
They should have either buff single target damage or buff the dots so sp can create at least spread pressure.
