I prefer it when you give an explanation like this rather than just a video without talking.

In this short, bro finally complete his sentence at the end unlike any of his previous reel🗿🗿

I can’t believe how awesome this guy is. Saw some comments like a year ago saying that his content had changed slightly for the worse, and they liked his older style. And he completely changed it back!! It’s so refreshing to see such a good content creator.

Thank you very much for the explanations. These need to see the same amount of engagement as your previous videos, where there was no verbal or written explanation.

Thanks for the explanation. Starting to realize different excercises requires different spreading of driving forces. Like squats and dead lifts for toe spreading and twisting into ground. Looking forward to trying this.

actually insanely helpful video, i did cheat the other day and realized i am most likely sacrificing a lot of weight and reps just because i have no focus on leg drive while pressing. will definitely use this in the next chest day and see if it helps!

Now I can appreciate your videos more. The explanation is more helpful than a sly look

best cue i can give to learn leg drive is let the bar fully rest on your chest for a one second pause, then press up with your whole body. you’ll feel your body return to a better position and understand it more. its analogous to rocking a bit in the bottom of a muscle up or better yet rolling the bar up to you in a deadlift. you shoot the weight off your chest and break that weakest position and use that momentum to help the rest of the way. hope this helps anyone✌🏽

Brace the core, stabilize the legs so you don't leak energy and maintain a good angle to maximize your stretch. Excellent explanation!

I saw Larry wheels give an explanation on how to leg drive and it’s almost like doing a leg extension while laying on the bench and that tip helped me so much. So this is what this guys cue means.

Thank you for finally adding explanations. Earlier videos were just useless and I would rather skip them than trying something wrong

The combo of the silent tip and then the explanation is very cool and good!

This dude is goated, I basically learned proper form from him, still working on perfecting it all but he makes it simple and quick

This is the best explanition I've heard, I'm gonna go try this method out. I also like that you explained it in more detail than normal.

Simple term: plant your feet when you lift dig your heel into the floor. This stabalizes the hips keeping your butt on the bench.

Larry wheels said to imagine doing a leg extension but your feet don’t move. I find that and this explanation of sliding your feet to be excellent cues

Hey man I have seen your vids for like the better part of a year or year and a half. Your format is way comfortable even as someone with a couple years of lifting experience. Always watch the whole thing. Always appreciate your videos. Much love.
