Thanks alot, i was wondering how to specifically navigate OneDrive seeing as how Outlook didn't give a true tutorial. Your was thorough and well informed! Gracias!

Thanks so much for this video. When I installed OneDrive I chose not to sync because I had no existing files/folders in OneDrive (so there was nothing to choose) and I didn't choose to sync everything because I thought that it would sync all files on my machine (not just the OneDrive files). So I was completely frustrated that my local OneDrive folder always contained only the files I had contributed from the machine I was on. Now that I understand the sync thing, it works as I expected. By the way, you didn't really describe how radically much better OneDrive is than Google Drive ... with Google Drive there is, as far as I know, literally no way to locally reproduce a GD document ... all your documents exist only on GD, unless you want uneditable snapshots. I gave up on GD shortly after starting to use it; Google apparently thinks we're all ready to abandon local computing entirely, and that just isn't the case.

Thank you! I know nothing about this subject and your video was extremely helpful for a beginner like me.

Very well done tutorial. Your step near the end where you say "okay let me show you how I'll use it" is an excellent approach. I would have liked to have seen you do a few more things though (for us slower folks :-) ) and perhaps mention a few pitfalls, e.g. what might be the cause if a file does not appear.
Once again, thank you.

That was EXACTLY what I needed, thanks so much!

Good video. Just two small suggestions.
1. OneDrive app doesn't support Win XP but lots of people still use it so Dropbox is a great cloud option to sync local folders with "the cloud".
2. Show people to get to one drive if they are logged into Outlook.com. I'm saying this because the elder seems to have a fear of exploration of their computers and the web apps they frequent often so youi pretty much have to tell them what to do.

Thanks for the tutorial, and particularly the segment from about the 8:45 mark to 10:00 showing how to access OneDrive from startup. I am sure I would have wondered, "where is the icon?" Should I pin OneDrive to my start menu?...my Taskbar? And if yes, how? So thanks!

Really helpful video thanks. I would ask ....how do you map a local folder to One Drive so that you are saving documents to both at the same time? Do you have a you tube video on this?

I started using Onedrive today. I understand that it is a separate folder on my PC. As I understand it I would have to access and modify files in Onedrive for them to be synced. If I access and modify a file in My Documents folder it will not be synced with one drive, unldess I copy it to the Onedrive folder, correct?

I love this tutorial?? Quick question, can students collaborate on documents? For example, if a student makes a change in one document will it automatically show up as changed in the other students document that they are sharing?
