@cookielover1213 in short my answer is yes. i do believe that in 3rd world countries there is some coersion going on. sometimes they dont even receive payment but just being able to see a doctor is coercive enough. What do you think?

There is a trend of "commercializing" clinical trials and companies are targeting low- income countries as new markets for this type of medical research. DO you think that through this they are specifically targeting the vulnerable populations in those countries as incentives, such as financial compensation, would be coercive in having the participant freely chose to participate?
