SketchNoting with Mike Rohde

This is a live recording of our demo with designer and illustrator Mike Rohde. Mike has a passion for simple and usable design solutions. That passion, along with his lifelong habit of recording concepts and observations through sketching and doodling, inspired him to develop Sketchnotes, a practical way to translate simple and complex ideas into easily recalled bits of information.

Mike shares Sketchnoting and visual thinking literacy worldwide and through his books The Sketchnote Handbook and The Sketchnote Workbook.

We talked about what got him into drawing, and learned some new Sketchnote techniques!

This was great! I also loved the zoom format, over Instagram because I could see a much larger window when viewing landscape. All of these videos with the different artists have been wonderful and such an inspiration! Thank you so much. P.S. Yeah, I wanted to use some watercolor to fill the sketches in 😊.

This is exactly what I've been looking for. My son is studying to be a physicist and needs to speed up his process and make his notes easy to reference. Curious if the physicist he referred to at the end displays examples of her notes?

Very useful information. One point of criticism- females are people too- would be nice to include in the presentation 👱‍♀️
