Well done all the bands and military on duty today. A fitting tribute to all their brothers and sisters in arms. Both past and present. The best part of the veterans march past was right at the end when the very last elderly gentleman in a wheelchair was determined to stand and walk past the cenotaph. He was struggling and holding up the ending, so they brought him up close to the monument and then from somewhere produced a walker for him to march very slowly without aid past. He got a massive round of applause from the crowd. He was so determined to show his respect. Yep. Hes right there at the end of the march here too with the walker for company.

Really great footage, documentation and filming. Captures things that the mainstream media may have missed. Loved the detail in this, made me feel like I was there. Thank you!

What we call Veterans Day and the British Remembrance Day was once Armistice Day, commemorating the effective end of WW I. It is a shame we in the US changed the name while Veterans of WW I were still with us. It is one of the reasons I loath Donnie Bonespurs. That cemetery visit he missed because it was raining was the 100th anniversary of the Armistice. I would have been proud to be there, as would most Presidents, who never called soldiers losers and suckers.

Love your videos. Thank you for your hard work, and effort to keep camera views and panning so steady. That is an art!

Superb Video, Great for all the folk that couldn't be there. Huge thanks and respect to our armed forces past and present. Just one observation, Why can the police not smarten themselves up and not look like street sweepers on horses Absolutely no disrespect to street sweepers.

Hello Mr B, and many thanks for this excellent video with very comprehensive coverage. It was good to meet you a couple of times there yesterday, albeit very briefly as we were going from place to place in our respective directions. My walk back to Waterloo station was seriously disrupted by the various diversions to main pedestrian routes but as they say, "every cloud has a silver lining", and I ended up walking along Whitehall where as an unexpected bonus I saw a Salvation Army band (I don't know which one) marching past The Cenotaph - I got a short film clip of it which I hope to include in my final upload(s) from yesterday.
