Here it is - in as tight a package as possible. Hopefully this clarifies some things for people looking to contrast the different ways of getting to a high-performance house.

Heating/Cooling Demand = 15 kWh/m2*yr
Heating Demand = 10 W/m2
Primary Energy Demand = 120 kWh/yr
Air Tightness = 0.6 ACH or less
Thermal Comfort = 25*C/77*F +/- 10% hours/yr

Step 5 Net Zero Ready
Thermal Energy Demand Intensity (TEDI) kWh/m2*yr. 15/20/25
Mechanical Energy Use Intensity (MEUI) kWh/m2*yr 25/30/40

I don’t ever design passive homes with air conditionning. It’s a red flag to me if a client wants it ! They aren’t ready and will undermine the principles of PH. i’m of course speaking for your climate or my european climate
