Hang on! You made the inner lever longer which reduced the torque to shift, then fitted a one inch shorter shift lever but didn't show the torque reading then, which will probably back to OEM specs! Proven performance? Not until you show the final torque reading!

That's really cool! I'm sold except for the increase in shifter throw. Good product, but consider the necessary dorsiflexion for an upshift; particularly if you get shin splints easily.

Finding neutral is an issue on new HD Touring bikes, especially when new/being broken in.

After 1500 miles it’s getting much easier but still an issue 2/10 attempts. Looking forward to this new part, it’s on order

I'd like to know what the torque reading is once you put the shorter shifter arm on. I'm guessing since you're taking away an inch of lever, the torque effort will increase.

I dig thrashin but if you cant find neutral you shouldn't be riding. And if youre struggling to change gears, you need to hit the gym lol
