Sometimes it doesn't works bcoz when I ran noescape virus I thought if I force restart during its execution while it was in restarting, it was just a piece of ****ing garbage as it will open only UWP apps and not .exe

still the same, no change ..only the words restarting apppears and cycles..again again. My batt laptop is fix, so i can not kill the laptop.
