After using this type of video to study for now 3 days, I finally understand what this hum does:
In the end, it does help you focus but what it actually does is prevent you from getting distracted by other things like ambient noise, songs stuck in your head, and most importantly, THOUGHTS. I find that usually, I don't even get physically distracted but instead get lost in my own thoughts and before I know it, I've been reading the same sentence 4 times and yet didn't process any of it. This background "noise" makes your brain interpret it as white noise, almost like getting used to it and canceling it out, after a few minutes, you won't even be paying attention to it anymore.

Basically, I HIGHLY recommend people with concentration issues to try it out. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and listen to it for a few minutes before starting to study. Feel relaxed and positive about your studying or whatever it is that you want to get done. This sound got me through College, I graduated last May with Honors and was ready for my life to start. However, just like after I retired from the Army, I realized that getting a job hadn't gotten any easier. This sound again proved its worth by getting me through a 52-hour California Life Insurance Sales License Course and I am scheduled to take my test tomorrow. Normally I would be nervous, but this sound strengthens my confidence, myself discipline, and my stress management skills which allows me to retain and use any and all information studied. I do not quite understand the relevance of this sound, other than I noticed its use is kosher when I have too many things going on in my head, this sound annexes them from my subconscious allowing my hippocampus to have a 0 loop rather than a loop of stress, anxiety, or distractions. Thank you for this sound, thank you for freeing me from my own chains of confusion and distractions.

If you’re reading this remember that your pas doesn’t equal to the future. Your past and how bad you fucked up last year or last month or even yesterday does not! Define who you are. What matters is what you will do today to change that. Set goals and big ones, scary ones. Read them out loud daily, envision them, feel them, close your eyes picture yourself accomplishing that goal, how does it feel? Are you smiling? Are you happy? Feel the desire of what you want it has to burn inside of you, you have to want it as bad as you want to breath so bad that you might get tears rolling down your face as you envision, and repeat this daily until you hit your goals. Then set even bigger goals! Stay healthy and happy and be aggressive towards your goals.

bro i am ususally a junkie mf who never studies and doesn't give a fuck about school, but i've been like restlessly studying for the past 2h30mins and writing everything down and making quick sheets and everything. this is mindblowing since i never do these kinds of stuff. and i even remember everything that i've read in a matter of seconds this is a cheat for studying ong, i recommend this to everyone!!!
