Learning to play the guitar involves every part of my consciousness and parts I haven't brought forth yet. In doing so, the way my consciousness works and communicates becomes more and more self-evident, and simplified. I come up with my own terms and beliefs that are real and serve as my guides even when doing other tasks. These tools are mine, and the way I understand my own words ring true and potent for me. So, I thought I would mention this because learning an instrument is a wonderful microcosm for applying the tools Anaam talks about and coming up with your own invaluable understandings.

I think it is important to mention that whatever the endeavor is, that it is something you are choosing for yourself. Don't make it about other people. Don't make it about the wonderful life with a wife/husband and kids, or luring in a girl/boyfriend. Whatever your choices are, they are there as your inspired desires only for you. Don't use your consciousness to sway others into your world and expectations, leave them free to make there own choices and in turn you keep yourself free.

And I try to always remember, it's better to be an impeccable, full ass-whole, than be half-assed at what whatever I do! 👺😁

I like your style. I lived an unguided life in pure chaos for the first 25 years. Then i found something and put unbending intent and created a company. A couple of years after, i saw myself tumbling towards self-importance and the programmed life. I put my foot on the breaks. I knew that wasn't the way forward and changed direction. I never in my life wanted that style of living. As i gradually move away from the company i built, slowly shrinking it back down to being nothing again i am moving out of the city into a trailer i bought and am fixing up. From there i will be closer to nature and make my next move with intent.

We are threefold - Will, Love, and Intelligence. We can see cosmic intelligence within nature. We slightly begin to understand the cosmic energy of Love. But we don't yet understand cosmic Will. Will was first contancted by Jesus when in the Garden of Gethsemane he uttered "Not my will but thine."
