So question. Why do you have your hands in a triangle? position when cracking, also the side to side motions. Is to kind of grab the spine (cant find better wording). And what's the difference between that and another position say a CPR hand interlock position. Also when you palpate the back what are you looking for.

It's been many years since my last adjustment. I have my l4/l5 fracture and a disc slip and rupture. A quack of a doctor made things worse by using a chymopapin injection. I'm 48 and had surgery in 89. No chiropractor could adjust my lower back
