Your humor and the fun way you present things sets you apart from the others and for me, that helps when I get into a situation. I see your face. Thanks again, Dan.

All of your messages come from the right place. I interpret you as an old wise soul, speaking out to young and old souls alike. In this society we all need reminding of who we are and how to deal with all of the unconsciousness negativity in the world without escalating it. You are making the world a better place!

I'm always at work dealing with thousands of different people and I realized that I'm put in situations where I have people either yelling at me or talking down to me or or some that are positive with me and I'm have a lot of emotions that arise from these events. I know that I have to keep it together within myself because a lot of what I have in my possession that lies within my stability weather I keep or lose these things is based on how I react to things that come my way . and I say this because I understand that one blow up or 1 unlikely negative reaction I can lose it all . So it's best to keep my self-control. In doing so, l was able to implement a lot of the things that I have learned from your videos and for example like em I'm chuckling here... someone came over to me said something really really unsavory to me and instead of doing what I normally say when I feel bad, I'm not going to trip you're not going to trip I'm not going to respond with crying... this time I told myself I am a positive responder. Well, I ended up handling things in a very positive way and it brought forth some very positive results thanks.

I really like how he simplifies things and doesn't weigh you down with medical jargon. His videos are short and funny so you dont have time to get bored or feel like you are being lectured at. I have learned a lot of really helpful tips on how to deal with my coworker from hell and my passive aggressive boss. Thank you

After listening to many of your lessons, I have to say, your message aligns with how I feel life should be approached. I've embraced Buddhist teachings for many years and am very comfortable embracing your methods. Remembering who you are and not getting pulled away is a valuable message. Thank you.

Sometimes I wonder what types of people “unlike” your videos. Your videos make sense, they are down to the point, very helpful, etc.. any idea?

I begin by saying aloud, "You realize that I am here in the room, correct?" Then after the answer, I follow with, And what reaction were you hoping to elicict? Then, "Hmm." All of this has been a stall while my internal monologue is telling me, "I'm OK. I can do this. I can out-charm Satan." Then I smile and begin, "Perhaps we should... "

I have a meeting tomorrow and I will be telling myself "I am going home soon" it is really hard to keep calm at work.
Now i'm in trouble because I am overworked and had an outburst when all the lazy workers win because they don't stress themselves out like me, really hard to be a caring person in an uncaring world....
